Learning History To Reach A Better Life

History is the best teacher of life. That’s why I like to read history book. As a homeschool mom, I like to teach history to my son. Reading biography books or articles, write essay about history facts, discuss our family histories, etc.

If you see into my bookshelf, you will see that I have more historical books than math or science books! That’s because I prefer my son to learn from the past as his character building learning. If your characters are good, you will learn all the knowledge easily.

Waiting For The Rain

It has been three months my area covered by haze as a result of forest fires. Everyone prayed so that rain come heavily to extinguished the fire. A few days ago the rain downed heavily all day long. And we can breath fresh air without haze.

What can we learn from this natural phenomena?
When we feel uncomfortable, unhappy, or live in an environment that is not healthy for our characters, don’t be afraid to leave those environment! Even though that means you will get some “heavy rain” in your eyes, those are your cries. And after the heavy rain, you will see rainbow and sunshine!

Our Time Machine, Connecting Us With The Past And The Future

My childhood was awesome! It was full of fun! The years when I didn’t have problems. That was when my father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, aunts, and uncles were all completely alive.

Years passed, some of them rest in peace. But my memories about them will not be erased. Those memories will stay in my brain as long as I live. Wait, that’s not true! I do need some triggers to put some of those memories back to my consciousness.
