Cake With Cheese And Plum Recipe

This cake is my family's favorite. Plums inside and cheese outside. When I baked this, it didn't take a long time to saw the cake disappear! Here is the recipe:
Ingredients A:
3 eggs
80 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon emulsifier
A little salt
Ingredients B:
110 gr all-purpose flour
40 gr milk powder
30 gr cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Ingredients C:
50 gr butter, melted
100 gr vegetable oil
Ingredients D:
About 10 dried plums
Ingredients E:
Unsalted butter
Grated cheese
1. Preheat steamer, wrap the lid with clothing to prevent the steam from falling to the dough. Grease the pan.
2. In a large bowl beat in all ingredients A until soft and thick.
3. Stir well ingredients B.
4. Mix ingredients C.
5. Mix dough A and B, stir well.
6. Put the dough C into dough #5, stir well.
7. Mix the dough #6 with ingredients D.
8. Put the dough #7 into the pan. Steamed about 30-40 minutes. 
9. When done, lift up the pan, then turn out the cake to be cooled on wire rack.
10. After completely cool, basting cake with slight layer of unsalted butter (from ingredients E), then put the grated cheese on top of the cake.
