Ayam kecap or fried chicken with sweet soy sauce is one of Indonesian traditional food. It has sweet taste and the seasoning made it taste so delicious. Easy to cook by your kids. Ayam kecap rich with anise and cinnamon taste. Here is how to cook:
Ayam kecap or fried chicken with sweet soy sauce is one of Indonesian traditional food. It has sweet taste and the seasoning made it taste so delicious. Easy to cook by your kids. Ayam kecap rich with anise and cinnamon taste. Here is how to cook:
Ingredients:
8 pcs of chicken, fried
3 tablespoon cooking oil 
10 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 
3 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced 
2 spring onion, minced
2 cinnamon sticks
2 pcs anise
1 tablespoon coriander, crushed
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
50 ml water
Methods:
Cook all ingredients except the fried chicken, cook about 5 minutes. Then put the fried chicken into the sauce, cook for a while, stir the fried chicken in the sauce. And... ready to serve with rice. Hhhhmmm.... Delicious!
