Kremes (Crisp)

Indonesian main food is rice. Rice taste a little sweet, but mostly tasteless. To make the rice taste better, we like to add "kremes" in our rice. Usually we eat kremes with fried tempe or fried chicken, it is so delicious! Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:

2 tablespoon rice flour

1 tablespoon starch flour

1 tablespoon cornstarch flour

2 cup water

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon galangal powder

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

Cooking oil
Mix well all ingredients, except cooking oil. The dough will seemed watered, not thick.
Preheat the pan, pour a lot cooking oil to deep fry the dough.
Pour about 7 tablespoon of dough into the cooking oil, fry until dry, the bubble reduced and the color is brown. Drain, and put the kremes on cooking oil absorbent paper. Let the cooking oil absorb by the paper, and ready to serve.
The cooking time is about 3 minutes after you pour the dough into cooking oil.
