Awesome Clean Air With Leaves Wind Chime
- DIY craft kids can make

Today is awesome!
It has been more than one month my area covered by thick smog from forest fires. The air is polluted, unhealthy to breath. The sun also covered, it looks cloudy all the day at the dry season. No sunlight enter at the window. We couldn’t play outside to avoid being sick. Can you imagine how miserable the situation?
Today is different!
The air is clean, I can hear children playing outside, the sunlight come into my house. And the cloud…. hhmmmmm…… beautiful! God erase those grey color in the air! All I want to do is enjoy the air! So, I made a simple craft to catch the sunlight at the window, to detect the wind from the open door.
Here my craft:
Materials:
Dry leaves
Thread
Rattan circle
A little piece of scrapbook paper
Hemp rope
Needle
2 Rubber band
Method:
Tie the rubber band to the rattan circle as picture below.
With needle, stitch the thread into the leaves, then tie the thread.
Tie the other point of the thread to the rattan circle. Do it with to all your leaves.
Then do the same method to the scrapbook paper, but tie the other point of the thread to the bottom side of center point of the cross of rubber band.
Last, tie the hemp rope at the upper side of center point of the cross of rubber band.
Use the hemp rope to hang your leaves wind chime at your favourite place.
OK, now I want to go outside. Playing with my son, and the neighbour. Enjoy my first awesome clean air!
