Prepare The Documentation

A business always requires documentation to be more organized and have a trace of everything that has been done. Likewise, a business that is carried out as a family business even though it is a small business but there must be documentation.
10 days to Prepare Teenager for work documentation
What should be documented?
1. Finance
Starting with the initial capital, all income and expenses must be recorded even if the amount is small.
2. Raw materials purchasing
In purchasing these raw materials, it should be noted that changes in stock and capital reduction.
3. Sales
Sales will be associated with a reduction in stock and financial increase so every sales should be documented.
4. Profit-sharing
Although it is a small amount this should also be documented in order to report the condition of the family business.
We documented our small business on Google Drive, so it can be accessed from our gadget wherever we are. And the data updates will be no difficulty. Ease of access is important because sometimes we are lazy to update the data with the reason of the difficulty to reach the gadget and then forget and end up confused when it comes time to calculate the stock and the finance.
Our bookshop is fully handled by our son. Making a spreadsheet for the store database was done by my husband, I taught my son the way to input data. After that, although he was able to input the data himself, I still have to remind him constantly because he is still not familiar with the documenting mechanism in his shop. It's ok, he is still in the learning stage. The documentation will teach children about discipline and documentation of work. Here kids also learn tenacity and diligence.
Tip for parents: accompany your kid to learn business with patience. This is a new field for kids, there must be new problems faced as well. Parent's patience and enthusiasm will encourage the kids to work.
